The Leader's Launchpad

Welcome! I am launching my blog on all things leadership and professional development. I have been teaching, training, and consulting on leadership topics for many years. On this blog, and throughout this site, I will share some of my favorite tips and strategies for achieving your highest potential.

Today, my latest course was released on lynda.com, inc. It's called Leadership Fundamentals, and in it, I provide an overview of the key leadership skills: self awareness, building relationships, business acumen and organizational strategy. I also talk about how all of it rests on the bedrock of your integrity and how your reputation is your most important asset.

It was a pleasure to work on this course. I was able to update some classic knowledge with new and interesting findings from neuroscience, psychology and biology. The world of business has long focused on tapping into the wisdom of the business sciences and now the human sciences are coming to the table. This is really driving some major shifts in our understanding of how organizations succeed and how to maximize the potential and productivity of our talented people. I hope you'll check it out.
